We offer fully private 1:1 sessions through to public classes where you can exercise with like minded people. Our trainers are highly experienced and qualified to ensure the best results possible.

Strength & Conditioning

Here at C³ fitness, Strength and Conditioning principles underpin all of our coaching. Our methods are backed by science and our programs are planned and periodised for long term improvement. We aim to help clients build on their fitness for whatever their goals are. Whether that be fitness to perform at the highest level of their sport, or fitness to play with their kids, we’ve got you covered with our professional and experienced coaches.

 

Rehabilitation

The coaches at C³ have experience working with elite and sub-elite teams in managing rehabilitation and return to play. We also work with clients looking to get their strength back post-pregnancy or just recovering from a surgery. Our experienced and qualified coaches provide a supportive hand in getting back to 100%.

Group classes

Boxing, Running and Bootcamp group classes are offered here at C³ fitness. We provide the opportunity to get in shape in a social environment and save some dollars whilst doing so.

Initial Consultation

A free 30 minute meet and greet where we will discuss your previous exercise history and we’ll set some goals for moving forward. Basic body measurements can be taken if desired and recorded for baseline comparisons. This is an obligation free session to see if C³ fitness is the right fit for you.

Personal Training

We cater to people of all experience levels and we personalise their programs to ensure that they get consistent and tangible results. We do so through consistency and by providing a fun environment to work in. Fat loss, muscle gain or general wellbeing, we are here to help with all of your fitness goals. Personal training is offered 1:1 through to private groups of 5:1.

Online Coaching

In person PT not your thing? We offer fully personalised online coaching for those who may be a bit strapped for time or just prefer to do the work on their own. This option is suited to those who have some experience in the gym.  We supply the program through an online platform that allows clients to give their feedback and enter their workouts. All online clients have access to the coaches for video analysis of technique and queries about the program. We’re only a message away!
