With over 7 years of coaching experience Curtis brings his knowledge and passion of sport, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and movement to C³ fitness. He has experience working with children learning new sports through to elite athletes aiming to win premierships. He has worked in hospitals with rehab patients and expecting mums wanting to improve their core strength.

He’s been competing in sports since he was 6 and still loves to compete to this day. Anything he asks a client to do he has done himself, with a sound understanding of the hands-on side of training as well as the theory behind the methods.

He brings a positive attitude towards staying active and believes that movement is one of the keys to long term health and happiness.
